I downloaded this software hoping for a streamlined way to manage my online content. The setup was relatively easy, and the interface is intuitive enough once you get the hang of it. I like the basic features, especially the scheduling tools. However, the customer support is virtually non-existent, and I've encountered a few bugs that have caused some minor headaches. There are also some limitations in terms of customization that I find frustrating. Overall, it's functional, but it could definitely use some updates and improvements to make it a truly great platform. I'd recommend it with the caveat that you might need to troubleshoot a few things along the way.
